Thread: Modern Warfare 3 really coming?

So there were those rumors some time back about COD: Modern Warfare 3, but it turned out to be some small movie company doing a tribute movie production.

The rumors are once again in the air, this time because of an image in the Official Playstation Magazine. It could be true or total BS… what do you guys think?

Looks more like the Battlefield font to me.

By all accounts the next COD title will be MW3. I think it is supposed to be announced at or shortly before E3. The colour and font on the magazine is the MW one. It would be styled differently for BF3:

Maybe they assumed the "biggest game in the world" tagline would resolve any confusion!

Yeah, I agree the 3 for BF3 is styled differently in most places but I was more thinking of the 2 in BF2.
